    How to book on the site?

    Directly online by clicking on the “Book” button, then follow the 4 steps to confirm your reservation (availability displayed in real time, secure payment area).

    A file confirmation number appears once the online validation of your reservation. The confirmation of a file automatically generates the impression of an invoice.
    Within approximately 48 hours of your registration, we will send you confirmation of your reservation with the corresponding rental contract.

    How do I access my customer account?

    To access your customer account, simply click on “Connexion” at the top right of the site’s home page:

    Enter your email address and then your password, which you created when you made your first reservation.

    Is my personal data protected?

    We use state-of-the-art technology and security to protect your data against malicious intrusion and loss, alteration or disclosure to unauthorized third parties.

    To ensure the confidentiality of your data, access to certain sections requires prior authentication on the site. During your authentication and access to secure areas such as the “My Account” section, we use a secure link protocol (SSL type protocol) and 128-bit encryption.

    However, the security of your personal data also depends on you. This is why we recommend that you choose a non-trivial password, keep it secret and never reveal it to third parties.

    Are there any extras to pay locally?

    In all rental cottages, a deposit will be required upon delivery of the keys. A tourist tax will also be payable on arrival which represents a local tax paid to the municipalities. Finally, additional charges or services may be payable on site. (crash pads, heating, electricity, animals …)

    How can I check the status of my reservation?

    Within approximately 48 hours of your registration, we will send you confirmation of your reservation with the corresponding rental contract.

    At any time, you can log into your customer account and view the status of your reservation.

    Can I pay with my credit card securely?

    Our site is equipped with the secure STRIPE payment system.
    • When the buyer is invited to pay for his order, he is directed by the merchant site on the STRIPE platform which then displays an SSL encrypted page (https).
    • After entering card data and passing through various control and fraud management filters, STRIPE Elements makes the authorization request to the Credit Card Network or to the private issuer concerned.
    • The buyer is then redirected to the e-commerce site with the result of his payment (Accepted / Refused / Canceled).
    • The Merchant is informed in real time of the result of the transaction, via a computer message sent by STRIPE Elements to its web server.
